Cancellation Policy
At Pendleton Advocacy and Mediation LLC, we value your time and our commitment to providing focused, respectful support. To ensure a consistent schedule for all participants, we ask that you please review the following policies regarding appointment cancellations and changes.
Required Notice Period
To avoid cancellation fees, we require at least 24 hours’ advance notice for all scheduled sessions. This allows us to offer the time slot to other families seeking support.
Late-Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made without sufficient advance notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of Pendleton Advocacy and Mediation LLC.
Missed-Appointment Fee
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and do not provide prior notice may be charged a missed-appointment fee at the discretion of Pendleton Advocacy and Mediation LLC.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unforeseen circumstances, such as sudden illness or an immediate family emergency.
